BURLINGTON, VT-- (REUTERS NEW YORK)--November 23, 1998 -- Picket Fence Preview, Inc., an integrated for sale by owner real estate sales and publishing company, announced today projections of its sales of single family existing homes will exceed 500 for the calendar year . This figure represents an approximate 97% increase over the same period in the previous year and an over 250% increase over 1996 sales figures.
