I am selling my parents home at 52 Clover St. in South Burlington.
This is a 1200 sq.ft., 3 Bedroom, one bath home located on a very quiet
cul-de-sac near Chamberlin School. This was my parents home for 47 years.

Stove and Hood. Also included is the very clean frig plus a microwave and separate
cabinet stand. It keeps getting better...Also included is the washer and dryer in the very clean and dry-dry basement. This home was converted over to economical Natural Gas about seven or so years ago. I had the old oil tank removed. The furnace has been gone over by Falcon Plumbing and is happy. We installed a Brand New 45 Gallon Hot Water Heater, plus we replaced all the plumbing under the kitchen sink with Brand New and other upgrades: By Falcon Plumbing. Great job.
We also installed a Brand New Electrical Panel Box / GFI Outlets in the Kitchen and Bathroom, Front Porch and Garage / New 3 pronged outlets throughout the house /
installed an exterior outlet on the front porch / had New "Direct Wired" Smoke and CO Detectors installed in each bedroom and hallway / upgraded to today's electrical codes. Watt-Sun Electric did the work and what an outstanding job they did. I highly recommend them as well. Did I mention this home has a fireplace?
Just had the "lined" furnace chimney flue inspected and the fireplace chimney flue inspected and cleaned by "E.O. Mead". Matter of fact, I had the entire home professionally inspected by: "1st Choice Home Inspection" and what a very very
thorough job they did. Happy to share it with you / review. What else...all the windows are newer. The front yard was neglected for quite some time and well...we gutted it and started over. It is, as they say, "a work in progress"...the grass is growing!
The Driveway was redone by Bouchard's Sealing Coating and Paving and looks sooo
much better! New Indoor / Outdoor carpeting was installed on the front porch by Lacy's who are great! There is a back screened in porch / a secluded back yard.
Finally...the entire roof is to be re-shingled this month by "Steve Palmer Construction".
