Just had the "lined" furnace chimney flue inspected and the fireplace chimney flue inspected and cleaned by "E.O. Mead". Matter of fact, I had the entire home professionally inspected by: "1st Choice Home Inspection" and what a very very
thorough job they did. Happy to share it with you / review. What else...all the windows are newer. The front yard was neglected for quite some time and well...we gutted it and started over. It is, as they say, "a work in progress"...the grass is growing!
The Driveway was redone by Bouchard's Sealing Coating and Paving and looks sooo
much better! New Indoor / Outdoor carpeting was installed on the front porch by Lacy's who are great! There is a back screened in porch / a secluded back yard.
Finally...the entire roof is to be re-shingled this month by "Steve Palmer Construction".
