STEP 1 - Submit your ad materials for your magazine ad (images, description, price, property location) to Picket Fence. Questions? Call us 660-3167 or 800-201-0338 and we can guide you.

3 Ways to Submit Magazine Ad Materials:
Please be aware that Picket Fence will produce the magazine ad,
and that you must call us to select the ad term and make payment.


A. EMAIL - Please email the ad material (jpg images and written description - use ad size guidelines above) to sell@picketfencepreview.com Please include your contact information as well.

B. MAIL - Color prints and written description to Picket Fence, 1 Kennedy Dr L5, So. Burlington, VT 05403.

C. In Person - Bring your photos (memory stick, color prints, etc) and description to address above. We are happy to meet with you to produce the best ad possible.

STEP 2 -  Internet Ad. Two ways to get your web ad posted.

A. Self-Post - Once your magazine ad material is sent to sell@picketfencepreview.com you will receive a link to post your online ad. Once the ad is complete Picket Fence will activate the ad.

B. Picket Fence Post - Picket Fence will post the web ad for you using the ad materials used in your magazine ad (depending on production schedules, this may take a day or two to process). Be sure to request this by phone (802/660-3167 or 800/201-0338) or email.

Payment options: Checks, VISA/MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and cash are acceptable.

Terms: One month ads are pre-paid in full. Multi-month package ads can be pre-paid or paid in monthly installments. $5 per month installment fee applies. Sell sooner than expected? 50% refund of second month of advertising, applies to two month package ads only. Yard sign will be shipped to to addresses outside of Chittenden County VT. Limit one free yard sign per property. If shipping sign is required, please allow 4-5 days for processing and receipt of yard sign.
