And the facility is well suited for that as it has natural gas heat. With Vermont gas and Swanton electric, the fuel operating expenses were minimal. There is a wood gun wood boiler which also can be used for heating and hot water. Otherwise there is a condensing boiler and an on demand hot water heater when you are not using wood. We had a very committed customer base and had very busy summers for the 12 years I ran the shop. There is room for a vegetable garden and there is a pond on the premises.
