Ad dimensions: 3-3/4" wide x 2-3/8" tall
One photo and a 40 word description.

Sample: Here are two examples of a 1/8 pg size ad (every ad is slighly different. The exact appearance of your ad will interact with the specifics of your photo and your description. All advertisers receive a proof of the ad for their review prior to publication).

You'll need to email/send us a written description of the property that adheres to the word count limits for the print ad selected. (Word counts are 5± words...header information - price, town, names, contact info not part of word count).

Please include the #BR and baths and any features you deem important. We will review the ad and make suggestions if necessary.

The image can be a jpg image (less than 1.5 megabytes), or color print. 
The 40 word count does not include the price, town or contact information.

NOTE: Best For Land, condos, starter homes, mobile homes. The 1/8 pg size is not recommended for properties $400K and above since most properties in this price range are 1/4 pg or larger, an isolated 1/8 pg ad can get 'lost'.
