Ad specifications: One photo and a 60 word description.

Sample: Below are two examples of a 1/6 pg size ad (every ad is slighly different. The exact appearance of your ad will interact with the specifics of your photo and your description. All advertisers receive a proof of the ad for their review prior to publication).

You'll need to email/send us a written description of the property that adheres to the word count limits for the print ad selected. (Word counts are 5± words...header information - price, town, names, contact info not part of word count).

Please include the #BR and baths and any features you deem important. We will review the ad and make suggestions if necessary.

 
BEST FOR: Condos, land,  starter homes, smaller homes, mobile homes

The image can be a jpg or gif image (less than 1.5 megabytes), or color print. 
The 60 word count does not include the price, town or contact information.
