Picket Fence Preview Magazine --  1/3 page Ad Sample & Specifications

Ad dimensions: 7.5" wide x 3.5" tall (horizontal or vertical orientation available)
3-4 photos and a 75-80 word description.

Sample: Here are two examples of a 1/3 pg size ad (every ad is slighly different. The top example has 3 photos and more words while the bottom example has 4 photos and fewer words. The space is yours to use how you see fit. The exact appearance of your ad will interact with the specifics of your photos and your description. All advertisers receive a proof of the ad for their review prior to publication).

You'll need to email/send us a written description of the property that adheres to the word count limits for the print ad selected. (Word counts are 5± words...header information - price, town, names, contact info not part of word count).

Please include the #BR and baths and any features you deem important. We will review the ad and make suggestions if necessary.

The images can be jpg images (less than 1.5 megabytes), or color print. 
The 75-80 word count does not include the price, town or contact information.
