2. Magazine + Internet Ads (as low as $200/mo)

                                              PICKET FENCE CAN PLACE THE AD FOR YOU

Send your ad material (by email, mail or in person) to Picket Fence (photos [color prints, jpg images] and written description). We'll place the ad online and prepare the magazine ad. Then you'll receive a password to access and modify your web ad.

In person or by regular mail - bring or send your color prints, thumbdrive or CD, and written description to Picket Fence Preview, 1 Kennedy Drive L5, South Burlington VT 05403. We can assist you with placing the ad (photo selection and reviewing/tweaking your description). You can also pick up your How-to book, sales forms and yard sign (if applicable).

3. Internet Only Ads  ($169 for 30 days)

                 PLACE THE AD NOW YOURSELF (up to 6 photos/200 words)
or email the images and text to the above address and we'll post it for you

• Click here and follow the easy directions. Here is what to expect
• Enter your contact information (mailing address & phone number)
• Enter a description of your property (you may want to prepare this in a word processing application   beforehand and cut & paste it) and upload the photos
    (you'll need to be able to locate your photos on your computer).
• Preview the ad and when you're pleased with it call Picket Fence to pay for the ad.
   Once the ad is activated it posts to the website within 15 minutes.
• You'll be in control and be able to modifiy your ad whenever you wish.
   Change photos, add Open Houses, change prices, description and map availability.
